7月13日,贵州茅台酒销售有限公司2026年半年市场工作会在茅台会议中心召开。会议强调,下半年,是深化市场改革、巩固向好态势的关键时期。要立足发展大势,以精准务实、行之有效的配套举措,全力提升市场化改革质效,推动市场化改革从“立柱架梁”向“系统集成”转变。
会议指出,要全力推动市场化改革再深入。坚持产品、价格、渠道、运营四大板块一体推进、走深走实,持续提升市场化改革的系统性、整体性、协同性。要分类落实产品策略。对“塔基”“塔腰”“塔尖”产品采取针对性的运营策略,持续夯实“金字塔”型产品结构。
要维护市场价格体系稳定。加快完善价格模型,优化调整机制,全方位维护好健康稳定的市场秩序。要发挥渠道互补优势。构建线上渠道和线下渠道、自营渠道和社会渠道错位互补、协同联动的渠道格局,持续扩大市场影响力和竞争力。要提升精细运营质效。立足实际消费需求,分区域、分产品、分渠道科学分析研判,构建差异化、精细化的营销体系。
01 Maotai Deepens Market-Oriented Reform
On July 13, Kweichow Maotai Liquor Sales Co., Ltd. held its 2026 half-year market work conference at the Maotai Conference Centre. Channel complementarity should be leveraged to build a coordinated channel ecosystem where online and offline, self-operated and social channels complement each other in a staggered yet collaborative manner, continuously expanding market influence and competitiveness. Operational refinement and efficiency should be enhanced by conducting scientific analysis and assessment based on actual consumer demand, segmented by region, product, and channel, to build a differentiated and refined marketing system.
