近日,位于内江经开区安靖街的华润雪花啤酒(四川)有限责任公司内江分公司280ml瓶装小支啤酒顺利灌装下线,填补了公司小支啤酒生产的品类空白。据悉,为精准适配消费市场需求,该公司投入近300万元用于产线优化升级,全新布局280ml规格产品,打破长期以来以455ml、500ml主流大瓶装产品为主的生产格局。全面投产后,预计年新增产量1万千升,年产值约4200万元,贡献年税收近600万元。
05 Snow Beer Sichuan Company Launches 280ml Bottled Beer
Recently, the Neijiang branch of China Resources Snow Beer (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., located on Anjing Street in the Neijiang Economic Development Zone, successfully completed its first bottling run of 280ml small-bottle beer, filling a product category gap in the company’s small-bottle offerings. It is understood that in order to precisely align with consumer market demand, the company invested nearly RMB 3 million in production line optimisation and upgrades, introducing the new 280ml specification to break away from its long-standing production pattern dominated by mainstream large bottles of 455ml and 500ml. Once fully operational, the new line is expected to add an annual production capacity of 10,000 kilolitres, generate approximately RMB 42 million in annual output value, and contribute nearly RMB 6 million in annual tax revenue.
06 百润股份实控人增持233.31万股
7月16日,百润股份公告称,实际控制人刘晓东于2026年7月9日至15日,以集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份233.31万股,占公司总股本的0.2240%。本次权益变动后,刘晓东持有公司股份3.65亿股,占总股本的35.03%,仍为控股股东和实控人。
06 Bairun’s Controlling Shareholder Increases Stake by 2.3331 Million Shares
On July 16, Bairun Co., Ltd. announced that its actual controller, Liu Xiaodong, increased his shareholding in the company by 2,333,100 shares through centralised bidding transactions between July 9 and 15, 2026, representing 0.2240% of the company’s total share capital. Following this change in shareholding, Liu Xiaodong holds 365 million shares of the company, accounting for 35.03% of the total share capital, and remains the controlling shareholder and actual controller.
07 喜力拟32亿美元收购FIFCO
近日,喜力宣布与哥斯达黎加饮料生产商佛罗里达冰和农场公司(FIFCO)达成最终协议,拟以32亿美元收购后者。交易完成后,喜力将完全控制哥斯达黎加分销业务Distribuidora La Florida、喜力巴拿马,并收购尼加拉瓜啤酒控股公司75%股权及FIFCO在墨西哥饮料业务、哥斯达黎加帝国啤酒部门等资产。资料显示,Distribuidora La Florida 2024年收入为11.3亿美元。
**07 Heineken to Acquire FIFCO for US$3.2 Billion**
Recently, Heineken announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Costa Rican beverage producer Florida Ice and Farm Company (FIFCO) for US$3.2 billion. Upon completion of the transaction, Heineken will gain full control of the Costa Rican distribution business Distribuidora La Florida and Heineken Panama, as well as acquire a 75% stake in Nicaragua Beer Holding Company and FIFCO’s beverage operations in Mexico and its Imperial beer division in Costa Rica. According to available information, Distribuidora La Florida generated revenue of US$1.13 billion in 2024.
08 ST西发:拉萨啤酒股权转让纠纷达成调解
7月15日,ST西发(000752)发布公告,近日公司收到西藏高院出具的(2024)藏民终26号《民事调解书》。嘉士伯国际同意以2.92亿元为对价,向公司转让其持有的拉萨啤酒50%股权。公司同意向西藏道合支付3500万元作为和解金,西藏道合则同意放弃向嘉士伯国际购买目标股权。
资料显示,2023年3月,嘉士伯与西藏道合实业有限公司签订的《股权转让协议》,拟转让其持有的拉萨啤酒50%股权;2023年10月,ST西发以享有的同意权以及优先购买权受到侵犯为由,向拉萨中院提起诉讼;一审判决后ST西发与嘉士伯国际均不服提起上诉,西藏高院于2024年8月受理该上诉案件。
*08 ST Xifa: Lhasa Beer Equity Transfer Dispute Reaches Mediation
On July 15, *ST Xifa (000752) announced that it had recently received the Civil Mediation Letter (2024) Zang Min Zhong No. 26 from the Tibet Higher People’s Court. Carlsberg International agreed to transfer its 50% stake in Lhasa Beer to the company for a consideration of RMB 292 million. The company agreed to pay Tibet Daohe RMB 35 million as a settlement sum, and Tibet Daohe agreed to abandon its bid to purchase the target equity from Carlsberg International.
Background information shows that in March 2023, Carlsberg signed an Equity Transfer Agreement with Tibet Daohe Industrial Co., Ltd. to transfer its 50% stake in Lhasa Beer. In October 2023, *ST Xifa filed a lawsuit with the Lhasa Intermediate People’s Court on the grounds that its consent rights and pre-emptive rights had been infringed. After the first-instance verdict, both *ST Xifa and Carlsberg International appealed, and the Tibet Higher People’s Court accepted the appeal in August 2024.
09 1-6月四川烟酒类零售额增长13%
据四川发布微信公众号消息,上半年,四川地区生产总值(GDP)为33629.45亿元,按不变价格计算,同比增长4.8%;实现社会消费品零售总额14449.9亿元,同比增长2.0%,其中,烟酒类零售额同比增长13.0%。
09 Sichuan’s Tobacco and Liquor Retail Sales Grow 13% in H1
According to the Sichuan Release WeChat account, in the first half of the year, Sichuan’s gross domestic product (GDP) reached RMB 3,362.945 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 4.8% at constant prices. The province achieved total retail sales of consumer goods of RMB 1,444.99 billion, up 2.0% year-on-year, with tobacco and liquor retail sales growing 13.0% year-on-year.
10 《工坊黄酒及其生产规范(绍兴黄酒)》团标立项
据中国酒业协会CADA微信公众号消息,7月16日,中国酒业协会团体标准审查技术委员会发布关于批准《工坊黄酒及其生产规范(绍兴黄酒)》团体标准立项的函。根据《中华人民共和国标准化法》《团体标准管理规定》和《中国酒业协会团体标准管理办法》的相关规定,依据《中国酒业协会团体标准审查细则(2017版)》立项审查程序,批准由浙江塔牌绍兴酒有限公司牵头,组建起草工作组,拟定详细的工作进度和时间表,开展标准的起草和制订等工作。
10 Group Standard for “Craft Huangjiu and Its Production Specifications (Shaoxing Huangjiu)” Approved for Initiation
According to the China Alcoholic Drinks Association (CADA) WeChat account, on July 16, the CADA Group Standards Review and Technical Committee issued a letter approving the initiation of the group standard for “Craft Huangjiu and Its Production Specifications (Shaoxing Huangjiu).” In accordance with the Standardisation Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Provisions on the Management of Group Standards, and the CADA Group Standards Management Measures, and following the review procedures set out in the CADA Group Standards Review Rules (2017 Edition), the initiative was approved with Zhejiang Tapai Shaoxing Wine Co., Ltd. taking the lead to form a drafting working group, formulate a detailed work schedule and timeline, and carry out the drafting and development of the standard.
